I am renewing my taste buds’ engagement with high quality Filipino food enterpreneurs: Kuya Lord, Larosecafe Hollywood, Manila Inasal LA, and Max & Lucy’s.

Manila Sunset in LA is back, too with a bigger place, now quickly overwhelmed by returning customers.

I also interviewed Chefs Jo Quiambao Dijamco who opened La Bella Pinseria Romana, 1917 Restaurant in San Antonio Winery and Trattoria Daily; and Chef Natalia Moran who opened Manila Inasal.

I also have to renew my palates’ cravings for Purple Yam – Brooklyn and visit Michelin-starred Kasama Restaurant in Chicago.
