On the way to Capitol Reef, we have dramatic views of the mountains, pastoral landscapes whereby Kingston Canyon, past Butch Cassidy’s childhood home, including the census and 19th century leaflet, looking for him as a robber.
Then, free range cows allowed me to take their photos while the bull waited and was the last one to cross. The creek by Kingston Canyon then, in few miles, a man-made lake.
A few more miles, we reached Capitol Reef National Park with majestic sun-kissed red canyons. So magnificent! I had to pray the rosary to give thanks to the Lord for His creation! Thank you dear hubby Enrique de la Cruz for getting us here.
